WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GA & VIP?

All guests enjoy access to the festival experience.

However, VIP tickets come with additional perks, including:

  • Dedicated, expedited entry lanes for faster check-in

  • Private, elevated bathrooms for VIP use only

  • Dedicated main stage viewing areas with improved sightlines

CAN I UPGRADE TO VIP / UPGRADE ENTRY TIME?

Yes! General Admission tickets may be upgraded to VIP. Please visit Box Office to upgrade, online upgrades are now closed.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

No. All ticket sales are final. As clearly stated on Apollo ID at the time of purchase, there are no refunds for tickets purchased. Please double-check your plans before buying, as we cannot make exceptions to this policy.

GETTING IN

Please enter Green Lot via the Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd entrance.

🚉 Transit Tips:

  • Take the Metro E Line and get off at Expo Park/USC Station — just a short walk to the venue.

  • You can also use Metro bus routes or the J (Silver) Line to the 37th St/USC stop nearby.
     

🚗 Parking: Parking is available on site. Prepaid General Parking is available at Expo Park. A designated location for rideshare drop-off and pick-up will be available in Yellow Lot. Enter via MLK Jr. Blvd. and Hoover St. 

 

DIRECTIONS TO THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS: 

Directions from I-110 (Northbound) 

Take the 110 Freeway North to Exit 19, Vernon Ave. Make a Left at Stop Light onto Vernon Ave. Right turn on Hoover St. Enter via Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and Hoover St.

 

Directions from I-110 (Southbound) 

Take the I-110 Freeway South to Exit 20A, Exposition Blvd. Merge onto Flower St.

 

Directions from  I-10 (Eastbound) 

Take I-10 East to Exit 12, Vermont St. Turn right on Vermont St. Turn left on Exposition Blvd. Then take a right onto Figueroa Blvd. Enter via 39th & Figueroa St. or via Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and Hoover St.

DO I NEED TO BE 18+?

Yes. S2O LA is an 18+ event. You will need to show a valid government-issued photo at the door. No exceptions can be made.

CAN I ENTER AT ANY TIME?

If you purchased a Before 5 PM ticket, you’ll need to enter before 5 PM. If you have a regular GA/VIP ticket, you can enter at any time during the event.

IS RE-ENTRY ALLOWED?

No.

WHAT IS THE BAG POLICY?

BMO Stadium has a Clear Bag Policy in order to provide a safer environment for guests and will consequently also expedite entry into the Stadium. The policy affects the type and size of the bags permitted into the Stadium, not the items (keys, makeup, combs, phones, wallets, etc). Permitted bags include:

  • One bag that is clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and does not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”; or

  • A one-gallon clear plastic storage bag (Ziploc bag or similar).

  • Non-clear bags including small clutches will NOT be permitted.

  • Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection and Stadium Management approval.

  • This policy is not intended to interfere with guests attending with specific medical needs or guests caring for young children.
     

Bag check will be available outside of Green Lot starting at 1pm for a fee.

WHAT ITEMS ARE PERMITTED / NON-PERMITTED?

All guests entering the facility during an event are subject to a metal-detector screening, visual inspection, and a bag inspection. We aim to provide an enjoyable, yet exciting environment for all  guests.  In order to achieve that, please see the following permitted and non-permitted items.
 

PERMITTED ITEMS

  • Binoculars (Binocular cases are not permitted)

  • Breast pump and feeding supplies

  • Clear bags that do not exceed 12” x 6” 12”

  • Hydration packs (soft shell)

  • Keychains

  • Lightsticks

  • Medical supplies

  • Posters & Signs (no bigger than 11” x 17”).

  • Paper hand fans

  • Poster Tubes 

  • Ponchos (plastic or vinyl)

  • Plush toys

  • A single factory sealed plastic water bottle no more than 20oz
     

NON-PERMITTED ITEMS 

  • Abusive, foul or disruptive language or clothing

  • Aerosol containers

  • Alcohol and illegal drugs

  • All bags, including clear bags, backpacks, and purses, that are larger than 12” x 6” x 12”

  • Animals (with the exception of service animals)

  • Any type of marketing collateral such as pamphlets, product samples, etc.

  • Balloons, balls, frisbees, markers, brooms, skateboards, roller blades, skates, etc.

  • Battery powered fans

  • Clothing containing wires, batteries, or other electronic components

  • Coolers, outside food, beverages (with the exception of a single factory sealed plastic water bottle no more than 20oz), cans, flasks, bottles, etc. (F&B needed for infants or medical reason will be permitted with approval)

  • Drums & Drumsticks

  • Explosives, pepper spray, tear gas, etc.

  • Folding/beach chairs

  • Items containing adhesive ie. Stickers, Decals, etc.

  • Laptops & tablets

  • Loud noise-making devices such as air horns, plastic horns, vuvuzelas, whistles, megaphones, etc.

  • Objects that can be thrown or viewed as projectiles

  • Professional camera equipment, including DSLR cameras, any camera with a detachable lens, video cameras, monopods, tripods, GoPros, or any professional recording equipment etc. Refer to the Camera Policy for more details.

  • Selfie Sticks

  • Smoking of any kind including E-cigarettes & Vaporizers

  • Streamers, Confetti, Register tape, etc.

  • Umbrellas

  • Unmanned and Remote-Controlled Aircraft Systems

  • Water guns, toy/replica weapons, squirt bottles, etc.

  • Weapons of any kind, fireworks, slingshots, smoke/stink bombs, laser pointers, etc.

  • 2-way radio devices

  • At the discretion of BMO Stadium Management, any other item determined to be prohibited.

ARE HYDROPACKS ALLOWED?

Hydropacks are permitted as long as they are soft-shelled and empty upon arrival. They do not need to be clear; however, any hydropack with additional pockets or storage beyond the water pouch will not be allowed unless the entire bag is clear and within the venue’s bag policy size limits.

WILL THERE BE LOCKERS / BAG CHECK?

Bag Check will be available at BMO Stadium Festival Grounds (operated by the venue for a small fee). It will be located outside the main entrance and is perfect for items not allowed inside.

Please remember: There is no re-entry during the event. Items placed in bag check cannot be accessed until the event is over.

CAN I BRING MY CAMERA?

Guests are welcome to use non-professional still cameras for personal use. Cameras (still only with no detachable lenses) are permitted inside BMO Stadium if their lens does not exceed 3.5 inches in length and does not interfere with the event or other fans’ enjoyment of the event. Video recording of events at BMO Stadium is prohibited. Tripods or any other similar equipment that could be a tripping hazard are not permitted.

CAN I BRING MY OWN WATER GUN TO S2O?

No, as stated in the non-permitted items list, water guns, toy/replica weapons, and squirt bottles are not allowed into the BMO Festival Grounds. S2O LA will have water guns for sale at the merch booth. Limited quantities are available and will be sold on a first come first serve basis.

IN THE EVENT

WHAT ARE THE WATER GUN RULES?

Do not aim water guns at faces/eyes. Be respectful while having fun. No playing with water guns in the food stall areas. 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR AT S2O FESTIVAL?

  • Swimwear recommended (but not required).

  • Non-slip/waterproof shoes. Closed-toe preferred.

  • Bring a light layer & change of clothes.

  • Protective eyewear suggested (bring your own or S2O goggles from past festivals).

  • Towels & waterproof phone protection recommended.

WILL I GET SOAKED?

Yes, you are most likely going to get splashed by waters, especially if you choose to be close to the stage. We highly recommend bringing protective eyewear, waterproof phone protection, and a small towel! Be ready for lots of watery fun.

IS THERE FOOD FOR SALE?

Yes, there will be various food trucks for you buy food from.

IS THERE ALCOHOL FOR SALE?

Yes, there will be multiple bar locations for you buy drinks at. Alcoholic beverages are for sale and consumption by persons 21 and over only. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for all purchases. Providing alcohol to a minor is a crime.
